Training Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Period:

Participants must provide at least (30 days) advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their enrollment in a course. Notice should be sent via email to admin@vector.consulting.

2. Cancellations Within the Notice Period:

If a participant cancels within the required notice period, they may receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their registration to a future course date at no extra cost.

3. Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than (30 days) will only be allowed to transfer their registration to a future course. 

4. No-Show Policy:

If a participant does not attend the training course and provides no prior notice, the full course fee will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. If a cancellation is due to a valid emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
