·      Human performance factors / human behavior

·      Lowlight safety / building safe shooters

·      Range mechanics – Performance on the gun and light

·      Handheld & weapon mounted light techniques

·      Decision making in lowlight

·      3D environments – Vehicles, structures, open air

·      Proactive & Reactive movement

·      Qualifications, teach-backs, skills assessments

·      Non-lethal training methods – Skill / Drill building

·      BWC video analysis

·      Case law / case review

Live-fire Equipment List:

·      Handgun w/ 3 magazines and weapon light

·      Rifle / Carbine w/ 2 magazines, sling and weapon light

·      Duty holster / belt setup

·      Ballistic vest

·      800 rounds of handgun ammunition

·      500 rounds of rifle ammunition

·      Handheld flashlight

·      Extra batteries

·      Electronic ear protection

·      Eye protection – tinted and clear

Non-lethal Training Equipment List:

·      NLTA handgun / conversion (UTM, Simmunitions, etc.)

·      NLTA rifle bolt / conversion upper

·      500 NLTA handgun marking rounds

·      500 NLTA rifle marking rounds

·      NLTA specific mask / helmet (No paintball masks)

·      Other PPE (Neck, groin, hand protection)

Other:

·      Note-taking device (Note pad, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.)

·      Range appropriate clothing (Consider inclement weather)

·      10 chem-lights or 2 powered marker lights

·      2 Sharpies / permanent markers

·      Food & beverages
